Lib Dem Caroline Pidgeon's mayoral plans

The Liberal Democrat party candidate for mayor of London says she would raise the congestion charge to at least £14 if elected.

Caroline Pidgeon is one of 12 candidates hoping to succeed Boris Johnson.

Ms Pidgeon also answered a series of London-based quiz questions posed by the BBC's Norman Smith.
