Altmann queries Duncan Smith's motives for resigning

Pensions Minister Ros Altmann has questioned Iain Duncan Smith's motives for resigning as work and pensions secretary.

She said he was trying to inflict damage on the Conservative leadership and bolster the campaign to leave the EU.

Mr Duncan Smith claims he quit over the government's plans to cut disability benefits.
