Budget: Jacob Rees-Mogg defends tax and spending cuts

Conservative MP and member of the Treasury select committee Jacob Rees-Mogg defended the prospect of £4bn of spending cuts as "modest" and supported tax cuts for higher earners.

He was speaking to the Westminster Hour's Carolyn Quinn ahead of Wednesday's Budget.
