UK-EU deal agreed at Brussels summit

When two days of talks ended in Brussels late on Friday, 28 European leaders had unanimously agreed on a package of measures to try to keep Britain in the European Union.

Within the deal, the UK will be able to limit benefits for migrants, and will not be committed to ever closer union.

Alex Forsyth reports from Brussels.
