David Cameron: EU benefits brake 'not good enough'

A proposed "emergency brake" on in-work benefits for EU migrants is "not good enough", the UK prime minister has said.

David Cameron was speaking in Brussels, where he had been meeting EU officials to try to break the deadlock in his EU renegotiations, ahead of a referendum on the UK's membership of the union.

But Mr Cameron insisted the talks were "making progress".
