What's the political landscape in Wales?

Wales is getting ready for elections to the Welsh Assembly on 5 May, when 60 seats are up for grabs.

Labour has controlled the assembly since the first elections in 1999. But it has never had an overall majority, ruling either as a minority government or in some kind of power-sharing agreement.

Polls suggest it could be heading that way again, and talk is of a coalition.
