Ken Livingstone challenges Jeremy Corbyn's Labour critics

Ken Livingstone has challenged Jeremy Corbyn's Labour critics as the fallout from the shadow cabinet reshuffle continued.

Speaking to the Daily Politics, he defended comments made by Diane Abbott about three Labour shadow ministers who resigned in protest at Jeremy Corbyn's reshuffle.

He said there had been a "wave of backstabbing" by "a bunch of "a disaffected little group of uber-Blairites", and said the parliamentary Labour Party was "well to the right" of its membership.
