Philip Hammond: 'Question is whether we will take fight to them'

MPs will vote in the Commons on whether the UK should carry out air strikes in Syria.

Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond told BBC News: "The question is whether we are going to take the fight to them or wait until they bring the fight to us".
