Ken Livingstone apologises over mental health comment

The former mayor of London Ken Livingstone has had to apologise "unreservedly" for suggesting that a Labour colleague needed "psychiatric" help.

The remarks were directed at the MP Kevan Jones who had questioned Mr Livingstone's appointment to head a review of Labour policy on nuclear weapons.
