PMQs: PM quizzed on scrapping maintenance grants

In the final Prime Minister's Questions before the summer parliamentary recess, Labour's Roberta Blackman-Woods started with a question on young people's prospects.

She claimed the prime minister is reducing opportunities for young people by removing student maintenance grants which was announced in last week's Budget.

Mr Cameron said the government is increasing opportunities by boosting job creation - citing a decrease in youth unemployment.
