PMQs: Cameron and Harman on home ownership figures

Harriet Harman asked her first PMQs questions as acting Labour leader by quizzing David Cameron about past pledges on home ownership figures.

But the prime minister claimed that Labour were the "enemies of aspiration", and the last government built more council homes in its five years than in all 13 years of the last Labour government.
