PMQs: Carswell and Cameron on UK immigration figures

UKIP MP Douglas Carswell referred to previous Conservative pledges and asked the prime minster why he had "failed" on immigration.

David Cameron said net migration had been cut, and that a future Tory government would bring in welfare reforms to restrict people from other EU countries' entitlements to UK benefits.
