PMQs: Skinner and Cameron on food banks and contacts

Labour MP Dennis Skinner called on David Cameron to apologise for record numbers of people queuing up for food banks, and the use of "zero hours" contracts.

The prime minister attacked Labour's records on the contracts and on payday lenders, before speaking about critical reports in Wednesday's newspapers about party election tactics from former Labour ministers.
