PMQs: Clarke and Cameron on Labour economic plans

Former Tory chancellor Ken Clarke has teased Labour about sticking to his previous spending plans,

David Cameron claimed Labour was basing its "economic policies on a throwaway remark on the BBC" and the shadow chancellor's ideas had "collapsed within five minutes".
