Devolution and English votes: Heseltine, Brake and Benn
The Labour Party was in "dead trouble" over its stance on English devolution, said Lord Heseltine.
And the former deputy prime minster said the Scottish nationalists could not expect to make decisions in England.
He was debating with Labour's Hilary Benn and Liberal Democrat Tom Brake on the range of options put forward to Parliament by Commons Leader William Hague for English-only laws.
They were speaking to Jo Coburn on the Daily Politics about the effect on the regions of England and previous promises to Scotland over devolution.
