Labour's UKIP strategy leaked as Miliband launches immigration plans

Ed Miliband has been setting out Labour's immigration plans in a major speech in Great Yarmouth.

His speech comes on the day a leaked document suggested Labour wanted its MPs to "move the conversation" away from immigration when campaigning in constituencies.

The document contains strategies for countering the threat posed by UKIP.
