Nigel Farage says UKIP is targeting all voters in Rochester

UKIP leader Nigel Farage has said his party is "targeting everybody", as he campaigned in Kent ahead of the Rochester and Strood by-election.

The poll, expected to take place next month, was triggered by the resignation of former Tory MP Mark Reckless, who is now standing in the seat for UKIP.

On Thursday, another ex-Tory, Douglas Carswell, won a by-election in Clacton, becoming UKIP's first elected MP.
