Diana Johnson on Labour reaction to Rotherham claims

Labour has suspended four members after the report into the Rotherham child abuse scandal found 1,400 children were abused by gangs of older, predominantly Asian, men.

And the shadow home affairs minister told the Daily Politics there was no excuse at all for not dealing with criminal events.

Diana Johnson MP told Jo Coburn on the Daily Politics: "We know the police did not act, we know the councillors did not talk about this openly."
