Budget 2014: Osborne 'to support resilient economy'

George Osborne is expected to announce measures to encourage housebuilding, help businesses cut their energy bills and raise personal tax allowances in Wednesday's Budget.

It comes on the day UK unemployment fell by 63,000 to 2.33 million in the three months to January 2014 and the Royal Mint unveiled a new £1 coin to be introduced in 2017.
