Scotland's future: SNP criticises power-sharing record

The SNP have criticised former Prime Minister Gordon Brown's proposals to share more power between the Scottish and UK governments.

Mr Brown outlined six constitutional changes that would allow shared risks, resources and a greater partnership between the nations.

But Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said Mr Brown had previously failed to deliver new powers, saying "the only way we can secure new powers is to vote yes in the referendum".
