Moral case for seven day healthcare

Sir Bruce Keogh, Medical Director, NHS England, has said seven day healthcare is "absolutely compelling, both clinically and morally".

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show, Sir Bruce told Jeremy Vine plans to make the NHS a 24/7 operation would cost each hospital between 1.5% and 2% of its annual budget.
