PMQs: Speaker tells Cameron PPS to nod and carry notes

The Speaker ticked off David Cameron's Parliamentary Private Secretary (PPS) and told him his job was just to "nod and carry notes".

He told off Gavin Williamson for being noisy just as PMQs was getting underway.

John Bercow's said: "His role is to nod his head in the appropriate places, and to fetch and carry notes - no noise required."
