Campbell rages at Daily Mail over Miliband father story

Tony Blair's former director of communications Alastair Campbell has launched a scathing attack on the Daily Mail over an article which described Ed Miliband's father as "the man who hated Britain".

Mr Campbell demanded that the paper's Deputy Editor Jon Steafel say if he believed that Ed Miliband's father hated Britain, and he accused the paper's editor Paul Dacre of being a coward for not appearing on Newsnight to defend the story.
