Labour: Miliband outlines 'cost of living crisis' plans

Ed Miliband has arrived in Brighton for the Labour conference.

The Labour leader gave a speech in the city centre, and promised to reverse controversial changes to housing benefits and extend childcare.

He also pledged to "make work pay for the workers of Britain", saying he would strengthen the minimum wage.
