Falkirk vote-rigging row: Labour should publish report

The Conservative party chairman Grant Shapps says Labour's internal report into a vote-rigging row in Falkirk should be published.

The report looked at claims that the Unite union tried to rig the selection of a Labour candidate in the election but found that no rules were breached.

Mr Shapps said publishing the report would "clear the air" after Mr Miliband accused the union of malpractice when the claims first emerged.
