Rotherham by-election: Can Labour maintain dominance
Rotherham, in south Yorkshire, is gearing up for a by-election after the Labour MP Denis MacShane was forced to resign for fiddling thousands of pounds worth of expenses.
The town, where Labour are defending a large majority, hit the headlines when it emerged that foster children were taken away from a local couple because they were members of UKIP.
