PM congratulates Boris Johnson for mayor win

Boris Johnson has been sworn in for a second term as Mayor of London after his election victory for the Conservatives.

He beat his Labour rival Ken Livingstone, by 62,000 votes.

The Prime Minister, David Cameron, said the result was well deserved.
