Lobbying: Byrne and Grayling on opening up government

Labour MP Liam Byrne said he had struggled to get the diaries of ministers, despite Conservative minister Chris Grayling claiming the government made them available, after it called for the move in opposition.

They debated the position of unions in lobbying as they spoke about Mark Adams' DP film speaking up for the lobbying profession.
