David Cameron backs Mary Portas' High Street revival call

Prime Minister David Cameron has welcomed a report by the so-called "Queen of Shops," Mary Portas, on how to re-energise the UK's high streets.

The retail expert has claimed the town centres are in crisis, and she is calling for less red tape and a relaxation of parking charges.

Mr Cameron has said the government will act on her recommendations.
