Prime Minister David Cameron to justify EU veto to MPs

Prime Minister David Cameron is due before MPs in the House of Commons to explain his decision to veto European Union treaty changes.

At the weekend Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg described Mr Cameron's decision as "bad for Britain."
