Baroness Warsi claimed the Conservative Party was "more united than for a long time" as its conference opened in Manchester.

Jon Sopel asked her about Theresa May calling for Human Rights Act to be scrapped, changes to planning rules, repatriating powers from the EU, and a Conservative Home survey that showed her to be the least popular cabinet member.
