Phone hacking: Press Complaints Commission's Baroness Buscombe

The chairman of the Press Complaints Commission said she was at her wits' end over the phone hacking allegations.

Baroness Buscombe defended the body's actions in a nine-minute interview with Andrew Neil from the BBC's Daily Politics, as the former Sunday Times editor pressed her to list the actions taken by the regulatory body which she took over in 2009.
