How would UKIP cut the deficit?

UKIP leader Nigel Farage says the party is celebrating after coming second in the Barnsley Central by-election on Friday.

Mr Farage is in Scarborough for UKIP's spring conference where he says new policies will be announced in light of changes made by the coalition government.

Speaking to the BBC's Mike Sargeant he also outlined how the party would tackle the budget deficit.
