Immigration Minister Damian Green explains student restrictions

Immigration Minister Damian Green has announced a review of every route used to gain the right to live and work indefinitely in the UK.

The Conservatives pledged new measures to minimise abuse of the immigration system - and used student routes as an example at the 2010 election.

Mr Green told Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics: "We don't think the generous post study route should continue," explaining the UK already has 300,000 unemployed graduates.
