Pete Waterman steams over apprentice training scheme problems
Music man Peter Waterman explains how he struggles to get apprentices who can properly work at his heritage railway business in Crewe.
He says the government is "far too generous" in setting up training programmes, but he reckons students leave with pieces of paper and not the experience they need for the world of work.
