Nick Clegg: Control order replacement is a 'dilemma'

Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, has vowed to replace the existing control orders, but refused to be drawn on what the new measures would be, calling the issue a "dilemma".

In a speech on civil liberties in London, Mr Clegg said the current system was not acceptable, but suggested the coalition would try to find a compromise.
