Police to be 'more accountable to communities'

Home Secretary Theresa May has pledged to make the Police more accountable to the communities they serve.

Speaking at the Conservative Party conference, Ms May said that Police and Crime Commissioners would be elected by the public to represent them to Chief Constables.
