Arlene Foster tells MLA to 'calm down'

Northern Ireland's First Minister Arlene Foster has told an MLA to "calm down" after he asked her a question about funding to relieve fuel poverty.

She was responding to Roy Beggs from the Ulster Unionist Party, who said his East Antrim constituents were in "urgent need" of assistance from the Social Investment Fund.
