'Nothing done' to help Northern Ireland flood victims

A businessman flooded by the winter storms says nothing has been done to help him and other firms affected more than a week ago.

He was speaking as the Agriculture minister proposed that extra money from the Treasury be used - in part - to compensate more than 30 businesses hit by the rising waters.
