Five arrested as east Belfast woman's death treated as murder

Five people have been arrested on suspicion of murdering a mother of five in east Belfast.

Deborah Hunter, 50, was found dead in her home at Finmore Court, off the Newtownards Road, on 6 November.

Just over a week later, detectives said her death was being treated as suspicious, as she had complained to police that she had been assaulted.

Police arrested three men, aged 52, 46 and 33, and two women, aged 44 and 46, in east Belfast on Thursday.
