NI Water denies plans for domestic billing

Northern Ireland Water has denied that it has any plans to bill domestic customers for their water.

A number of people in west Belfast have received letters asking for customer details and preferred payment methods, suggesting bills were on their way.

The company says a letter it sent was confusing and has apologised.

BBC News NI's Conor Macauley reports.
