New type of devolution for UK following 'No' vote

Following Scotland's vote to remain in the United Kingdom, the talk in Scotland is not about the end - it is about a new type of devolution for the whole of the United Kingdom.

The "No" side won with 2,001,926 votes over 1,617,989 for "Yes".
