Patients speak of their concerns about care over proposed health cuts

Potential cuts to the health service outlined in a paper seen by the BBC could be "catastrophic" to patient care, a Northern Ireland GP has said.

Dr Tom Black said he had "never seen anything as threatening" to health care and said patients' lives could be at risk.

BBC News NI's Nicola Weir has been to speak to patients who are concerned about what the cuts may mean for their care.
