Northern Ireland veteran attends D-Day memorial in Normandy, France.

A British war veteran, living in Dundonald near Belfast, has attended D-Day commemorations in France, at the age of 94.

John Leishman was an infantry man in the 51st Highland division - part of the support team for front line soldiers.

BBC Newsline's Donna Traynor spoke to Mr Leishman before he left for Normandy.
