Northern Ireland veteran remembers D-Day landing

Bill Eames from Enniskillen, a former RAF pilot, was responsible for towing heavy gliders full of paratroops, along with 570 Squadron, who would land onto French soil.

A day before the 70th Anniversary of D-Day, the allied invasion of Normandy during World War Two, he speaks to BBC Newsline's Donna Traynor about how he returned to base unscathed despite encountering German anti-aircraft fire.
