Nama Northern Ireland property loan portfolio 'sold for £1bn'

Nama, the Republic of Ireland's state-controlled "bad bank", has sold its entire Northern Ireland property loan portfolio.

The buyer is an international investment firm, Cerberus Capital Management, based in New York.

BBC News NI Business Correspondent Julian O'Neill reports.
