Commuters speak as Southern deal collapses

A deal that promised to resolve a long-running industrial dispute on Southern rail has collapsed, raising the prospect of further strikes.

Members of the train drivers' union Aslef had been balloted about operating trains without a guard or onboard supervisor under certain circumstances.

They rejected the deal by 54.1% to 45.9%.

Commuters have their say.
