Brighton company filmed selling laughing gas to under-18s

Party drug nitrous oxide has been sold to children by a company in Brighton, a BBC investigation has found.

The drug, known as laughing gas, is currently legal but it is an offence to sell it to anyone aged under 18.

Undercover filming showed Brighton Balloons selling the drug to children aged 15 and 17, and also offering them a contact for Class A drugs.

The company, which advertises across social media, was approached by the BBC several times but refused to comment.
