Wall collapses in Aldeburgh as sea lashes coast
Part of the sea wall in Aldeburgh collapsed as ferocious waves hit the town, the coastguard said.
Video shows sea water spraying metres up into the air, two hours before high tide on Wednesday.
The footage was filmed by the Aldeburgh Coastguard Rescue Team after it was called to help police close the top part of the town's sea wall, after part of it collapsed.
People were also evacuated from the scene.
