Stoke-on-Trent mum speaks of the dog bite that changed boy's smile

A mother has been speaking of the dog bite that means the smile of her young boy will never look the same again.

Gemma Bloor says son Jonathan, four, was scarred for life when he was bitten on the mouth by a Staffordshire bull terrier.

She said the bite tore into muscle and took out a chunk of Jonathan's lip.

To the dog's owner for whom police are searching, she said of the long-term effects: "I don't know what damage you've done to my son."
